You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible returns
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free of stains, odors (smoke/perfume), pet hair, or damage
Non-returnable items
Because many of our products are produced in small batches or made-to-order, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos/video of the issue (and the packaging if damaged)
We will offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
Sizing exchanges
If you need a different size and stock is available, we can offer an exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
