Order processing
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
During drops, launches, and high volume periods, processing may take longer.
Made-to-order / small batch items
Some items may require additional production time. If an item is made-to-order or part of a pre-order, the estimated production/shipping timeline will be stated on the product page.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Delivery estimates (after processing)
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Typical estimates:

Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Incorrect address / undeliverable packages
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may need to pay reshipping fees.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in item price or shipping cost.
Lost or delayed packages
Carrier delays can happen. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office first. If the issue continues, contact us at MINDURCOMPANY@GMAIL.COM and we will assist with a claim where applicable.
